Jennifer (Jae) graduated with a Masters in Science in psychiatric mental health from Seattle University. With years of experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health, Jae (they/them) values a compassionate, collaborative approach to treatment. Jae appreciates that symptoms often arise from a variety of potential causes and uses therapy to reconnect people with their core values and community, as well as utilizing medications when needed. Jae welcomes the opportunity to work with LGTBQIA persons and those questioning their gender and/or sexuality.
When not in the office, Jae enjoys sewing, learning fiber arts, swimming, and horseback riding.
