Corby Peterson, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Corby is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and is trained in family, individual, and group therapy. With a BS and psychology and a master’s in social work from Brigham Young University, Corby brings exceptional training in over 20 years’ experience of service clients. He enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. He has worked with a wide variety of issues to include depression anxiety addiction and trauma he specializes in ADHD and relationship work period whether in Group or individual therapy, Corby strives to promote improved communication skills to help his clients better their relationships. Creating a comfortable atmosphere for clients is Corby's top priority. His unique perspective and experience helps his clients to trust their instincts as they work as a team to bring healing to their lives.
Living in Alaska has been a lifelong dream. Corby enjoys fishing, hiking, and camping with his family and friends. He's been married 30 years and has four children. He is also the proud grandfather to four grandchildren who are his highest delight. Carpentry, painting, and boat building are some of the ways he channels his creativity and renews his spirit.
